Reach Montessori Admission Process

Dear Parents and Friends!

Welcome to Reach Montessori Preschool!  To ensure the quality of teaching and the safety of our school, tours, and visits to the school have to be scheduled in advance.

Admission Process:

   1. Schedule a School Visit. Call (408)272-8888 to schedule a tour and free trial class.

   2. Visit Our School:

During your visit, you will be provided with our Info Packet with an application form and our school policies and introduced to the Montessori educational philosophy, staff, and our sample daily schedule, playground, and restrooms, also are able to observe in a classroom.  Director will meet with you and answer any questions you may have during the visit.

   3. Free Trial and Assessment Class:     

         The trial class is between 9:00 am-11:00 am. The purpose of the free trial and assessment class is to ensure your child is placed in the right environment and classroom.

   4. Submit Application Form and Fees:

•  Annual Registration Fee : $300 (including material fee) for infant, $250 (including material fee) non-refundable for preschool, and deposit due at the time of admission.
• A $250 non-refundable Annual re-registration fee includes material fees and is due with April tuition each year.
• Extended care Preschool-2&3 (7:00 am-8:00 am): $100/monthly.
• Deposit: One month’s tuition paid in full prior to the child starting in the program. The deposit is applied towards the last month’s tuition. A notice must be given one month (30 days) in advance.

  5. Admission Agreement

• When space is available, the Admission Agreement will be given to complete, sign and return before the first day of school.

   6. Potty Training:

• We accept children who are physically and emotionally ready for potty training. There is a charge of $100 for facilitating potty training. Parents are responsible for providing a weekly supply of pull-ups and wipes.  Parents’ cooperation and follow-up at home are required to begin the potty training process.

Tuition Fee

Rates are inclusive of snacks for all programs and a hot lunch for the full-day programs and AM half-day program.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 5th of the month.  A late fee of $50 will be charged after the 5th.

Late pick-up fee:  $10.00 for each five minutes interval after 6:00 pm.
