Mrs Annie Deng (Director)

Hello everyone! My name is Mrs Annie, and I am the director of the Reach Montessori Preschool. I have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from East China University. I speak Mandarin and English.

When I came to the United States, I continued my studies in ECE at San Jose City College. In 2003, I received my Montessori Certification from the National Center for Montessori Education. After twenty years of teaching in the Montessori field, I am pleased to be the director of Reach Montessori Preschool.

I sincerely enjoy working here with all the wonderful children and teachers. I have always had a passion for teaching and working with young children.

I love spending time with my family when I am not at school. I also enjoy gardening, travelling, and unwinding with movies.

Mrs. Lulu He ( Teacher)

Hi, I’m Mrs. Lulu! I am originally from China, and I speak both English and Mandarin. After moving to the United States, I studied at the Montessori Teacher Education Center and completed all my coursework in 2015. I hold an AMS (American Montessori Society) credential.

I’m also a proud mom of two sons, and both of them spent their preschool years in a Montessori environment. My teaching journey includes working at Trust Montessori Preschool and Waha Montessori Preschool. With more than 10 years of experience in Montessori early childhood education, I am passionate about nurturing children’s growth and curiosity.

I genuinely love working with children. While I share knowledge and guide them, they also give me so much in return — their bright smiles and eyes as pure as the sky remind me every day why I sincerely love what I do.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring delicious food, watching movies, going for walks, or simply relaxing while listening to music.
